If a book arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise has an order-related problem, contact BEZBOOK support with the order number and relevant details as soon as possible.

Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Where a refund is approved, BEZBOOK will review and process it manually through the applicable payment process.
